I don't see a connection between the two.

GrimGrimoire is the capitalization and spelling widely used by reviewers and fans sites, and more importantly, no one is going to type those other preposterous intercaps when searching for the game here. The weird capitalization is only used in the game's logo, which is for stylistic reasons, not because that is the actual title.
